NO-SHOW POLICY If you are 10+ minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be considered a no-show and canceled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid before booking again. By booking, you agree to these terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows time to offer the spot to another client. Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. Payment of Fees: Fees will be charged to the card on file. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and support!
